Thelmore only stood extremely still and in utter shock for a second when Liore hugged him. Not only was ne not used to the contact, but he had NO IDEA how to handle this drunkard at all. He just stared at Liore for a bit while he went off on his drunken rant while feeling a bit glad that he never got drunk. He honestly didn't like the thought of being completely out of control of his actions like Liore was right now.
"Uhh... No I..." He started to answer, but then it registered that Liore had called him an elf... and that Thea was standing right there. Thel tried to take a step back to get out of this situation, but he knew he couldn't.

"Anoth- Oh, for the love of the goddess. Liore! Let go of him!" She attempted to prise her charge from the other eld, and failed miserably. "Err... sir, would you mind helping me... drag.... him to my house? He needs to sleep this off."

Not soon after he finished his sentence, his lip started to quiver.. Since Thel didn't reply, he took that as a 'yes'.
"OH GODS I DON'T WANT TO DIE!" He sunk to his knees, sobbing like a baby. "I mean..sure i stole from that lil ol' lady..but she wasn't gonna use it, she was gonna die soon anyway!" He buried his face into the other Elf's tunic, being tugged back slightly by Thea. Oh lord, did he need help. Mental help. Apparently, this elf had some guilt left in him. "I swear I'll give it back!" He looked up to his 'grim reaper' emploringly. "I'll give it all back! Just gimmie one more chance! i-i-i-i-...urk...." And in all this motion and excitement, he turned a bit green and ducked his head, and barfed all over Thel's boots. ".....oh...I'm soooo dead..." he whimpered groggily.

Again, Thelmore was taking in what the hell was happening to him, but at about the time that the other elf hurled again right on him, he managaed to snap himself out of his initial shell shock and disgust and put his hands on the other elf's shoulders to try to calm him down.
"Liore, listen to me." Thel said, leaning down to look him in the eye."You are NOT going to die. I'm not a grim reaper, I'm Thelmore, remember?"

He blinked a few times, trying to focus his eyes. He sniffled a bit, his eyes were pink and stung, and ached. "Thelmore...?" A hand reached up to hold his throbbing forehead..."unngh...my head..."

Thelmore sighed a bit when he realized it was him. "Yea it's me."
He felt slightly conflicted on what he was considering to do for a moment, because he was sure it could probably scare liore, or piss him off, but he realized that he didn't really have much of a choice in the matter. He tood one of his hands off of Liore's shoulder and brought it up to pass over Liores eyes. While he was doing that, he recided a few words in an elven tongue that even he barely understood, but at least it didn't give Liore enough time to react before he slumped over. Thelmore quickly caught the now sleeping man before he fell over.
He then looked up at Thea, still a little worried at the fact that she supposedly knew he was an elf now, but she hadn't reacted at all to it. He smiled a bit nervously.
"I... I guess that calmed him down a bit..." He said quietly.
((P.S. This is not godmoding! Exzarel and I collaberated this!))

Thea sighed softly. "Thank you so much, good sir... Thelmore, was it? Would it be too much of a burden to ask you to help me carry him to my home?" Although it seemed she had not noticed Thelmore's race, she indeed had seen that she was in the company of another elf. However, she had become weary with the afternoon's events, and now all she wanted was to throw the lout into a bed and roll up on her pallet and sleep until the morrow.

"R... Right." He said. Either this girl hadn't noticed or just wasn't reacting to it, either way this just felt out of place for him. He was about to shift Liore to his back so he could carry him, but then he suddenly remembered that it probably would not be the best idea at the moment. Thelmore held Liore up with one arm as he reached back to take his scythe out of it's sheath on his back and looked over at Thea again. "Erm... do you think you could hold this for me...? It'll just make it easier to carry him... please?

Thea paled. "Err... a weapon? I... um... it's just... well... okay then..." she gingerly took the heavy weapon from him, pinching it with her fingers, tightly. "Ah.... Go down this street and turn left..." she murmured, dragging the scythe behind her against the flagstones, as though she was holding onto a viper.

He carefully brought Liore to his back so he could carry him, and he finally stood up again. He glanced over at Thea one last time, realizing his weapon was making her uncomfortable before he started walking.
"Sorry to hve to make you carry it, but it's better then him accidentally getting hurt by it..." Thelmore said

KATHUNK KATHUNK KATHUNK KATHUNK KATHUNK!!!
"WHAT? I CAN'T HEAR YOU, YOUR SCYTHE IS MAKING TOO MUCH NOISE!" Thea called back at him. The blade was making some horrible scraping and thudding sounds against the cobbled stone pathway as she turned the corner, arm stiff with apprehension that she'd immediately get sliced or beheaded by the weapon.

Thelmore stared at her for a second, most likely thinking 'm... my scythe...' but then he turned around and mumbled "sorry", but it was more to himself then her. In the meantime he was trying to balance carrying Liore, and not letting his hood fall back at the same time. She was scared enough of him because of his weapon, his eyes would only make it worse.

After a few more hideous minutes of scythe-dragging, Thea stopped at a small hovel in a dingy alley, shoving the door open with her shoulder. With a shudder, she dropped the weapon in a corner and rushed to move her table (for meals, games, and bonesetting) from the centre of the room, dragging a pallet from it's dusty corner to lay down for the sleeping, drunken Liore. Indicating to Thelmore that he should place the other elf down there, she began to heap clean rushes on the floor into a makeshift bed for Thel, if he wished it. "Thank you," she said breathlessly as she finished her chores and poked the miserable fire with a long metal rod she'd stolen from a scrap pile. "That little bed over there is for you, sir Thelmore. Would you like some sort of meal? I might have some sausages left, and a bit of bread... hopefully the rats didn't reach the cheese." She began to rummage through a cupboard.

He had just heard her invitation as he was putting Liore on the bed. For a moment he looked away from her to think about it. Here he was, exiled for years, and now in one day there was suddenly people actually interacting with him when every other person he had tried to talk to in this city had simply run in fear from him. "I...thank you...It's ok. I'm not hungry.." He said silently, finally mentally slapping himself and accepting the woman's kindness. then he realized that his boots were still covered in the excess of what used to be in Liore's stomach. "Do you know where I could get some water so I can clean off my boots...?"

Thea's nose wrinkled in disgust. "Oh. Ew. Right." She picked up a bucket near the door and walked outside to the rain barrel, pulling half a bucket out and motioning to Thelmore. "Sir, you might wish to remove anything that might get ruined by water -- silk, velvet, precious metals..." She readied the bucket as though to splash it on him, but hesitated. "Err... would you like to do it yourself?"
