So, has anyone else here Finished the Fight? I *loved* the campaign. ;D ;D ;D
Edit: Author, is that helmet big enough for thine head? I've heard varying explanations of it's size.

Yar, I finished the fight with Flame, codos if you remember him.
Good game, fun campaign, multiplayers alright.
The helmet came with the er... Legendary edition I think it's called.

the helmet is 2/3 the size it should be, but it would be wearable if the underside weren't specifically designed for the dvd case, and thus, rectangular.

For a rectangular head or game content? I too am the proud owner of a legendary edition. "543820" to be exact. Finished the fight on legendary, collected all of the skulls, and now I'm bashing multiplayer like mad. It's not a good game. It's an awesome game.

Just beat co-op on heroic, and I've got to say that they did a lot better with working both players into the cinematics. I won't say anything about the ending except that I hope that legendary has an exclusive ending.

And about the legendary ending.. It is special and it leaves room for a sequel.

Remind me bootsman... what happened in that cutscene? EDIT: Apparently it's been confirmed that if you get all 49 of the achievements for Halo 3, then you can pick Spartan armor for multiplayer (maybe a body piece) that has a katana on the back! There's a blog post about it here.DO WANT.

Dude, Spartans cutting through tanks with katanas! Totally true! Saw it on the interwebs! /silly Seriously though, that is awesome. Especially if it is at all usable in any way, ever.

There's a blog post about it here.DO WANT.*SPOILERS* In the final cutscene, after the credits. We see the back-section of Forward Unto Dawn (the frigate) float around in space. Chief floats around the ship and goes into a cryo pod. Cortana informs him that it might take a while for anyone to find them (They're outside our galaxy, so DUH). Chief's final words are "Wake me, when you need me." and we see the view of the cryo room darken out. BUT on the legendary ending we jump to an exterioir shot of the shipwreck and see that it's floating towards a planet with clear forerunner architecture on it, eclipsing from a star. Personally I believe that it's another forerunner fortressworld, quite possibly the "shield world" where Dr Halsey and rest of the spartan II's, III's and Chief Petty Officer Mendez went through a slipspace portal (similiar to the one on earth) on onyx.*End of spoilz* As for the Katana armor, it's purely cosmetic :/ And the armor set itself is a homage to Team Ninja's Ninja Gaiden and DOA. It's the project:HAYABUSA semi-powered combat-suit. Apparently a competing armor-project of the MJOLNIR's. Storywise, that is.

The cunning of you out there have probably deduced that there is no comic for today; the truly brilliant realized there wouldn't be one today last week. I don't fall into that later category - I didn't realize I wouldn't be able to make a comic until Wednesday rolled around. In any case, I have something else that I've been working on - which incidentally, along with Halo 3, is part of the reason there is no comic. I figure I should show you all, possibly get some feedback. You know how I love feedback. It'll be even better if any of you who read this know anything about pen and paper rpgs. w00tness.bungie.org/Halo_d20_RPG_Rules.htm

This looks awesome... I like the specialization and such. The only error I found (it might not even be an error) was that the Elephant has a higher speed per turn than the Scorpion tank... I know that it wasn't quicker than the tank when I drove it!
